Service Description
This class offers a safe space for you to learn how to inhabit your body to balance your nervous system and build resiliency. Working together as a group, we will explore a variety of practices including gentle movement, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation to help you learn about yourself and the tools that work best for you. This class is completely adaptable and safe for all. No prior experience is required. STAGES is a counseling practice that recognizes that healing from psychological trauma means moving beyond a medical model where symptoms are the focus of treatment to a more holistic perspective that honors the creativity and tenacity of an individual faced with the task of surviving.
